Paul de Pledge qualified with a City of London practice moving quickly to become an equity partner. Paul moved to Cambridge in 1989 for family reasons and in 1991 he and Andrew Fowler set up Fowler de Pledge.

Paul's main area of practice is acting for commercial clients in a variety of areas such as Company Formation, Sales, Acquisitions, Contract matters, Company reorganisations and Commercial Property. Many of his clients have been with him for many years and Fowler de Pledge value such long-term relationships. Fowler de Pledge’s commercial clients range from the small start-up to the large established business and geographically around the country from the South Coast to the North of England.

The experience that FdP has gained in overseas matters means that Fowler de Pledge have the ability to assist clients with legal matters in many European jurisdictions, particularly Germany.
