We are delighted to welcome Lucy Wise back to Fowler de Pledge.

Lucy qualified as a solicitor in 2014, completing part of her training contract with us. She then went on to qualify as a Duty Solicitor and became a Higher Rights Advocate.

Lucy has re-joined Fowler de Pledge to represent clients on matters of litigation. She predominantly acts on cases of civil litigation, employment law, commercial and company matters but will consider all areas of litigation.

Lucy will be assisting Paul de Pledge and Peter Martin with Company Formation, Sales, Acquisitions, Contract matters, Company reorganisations and Commercial Property.

Lucy will also continue to act on private criminal defence matters. Lucy has acted as a defence lawyer in serious criminal matters including murder, fraud, sexual offences and matters of high political profile. Lucy will now use her specialist knowledge to solely represent private criminal clients, instructing only the most knowledgeable barristers within the field.
